- 3. Industry Growth and Complexity: The expansion of motorsports, including new series like Formula E and the increased technical complexity of modern racing cars, has heightened the demand for skilled engineers across disciplines.
Addressing this shortage will likely require a combination of strategies, including enhanced education and training programs, internships for hands-on experience, better work-life balance initiatives, and efforts to attract a more diverse pool of talent to the sport.
Our Mission
The Racing Engineering Global Talent Hunt Program is a pioneering initiative launched with a clear and meaningful objective — to identify exceptional young talent from engineering colleges across the globe and provide them with a guided, merit-based pathway into the world of professional motorsports.
At its core, the program aims to democratize access to motorsports education by removing the financial and geographical barriers traditionally associated with elite motorsports training. Rather than requiring students to spend a fortune on enrolling in top universities worldwide, this initiative allows aspiring engineers to showcase their potential through structured evaluations, challenges, and assessments.
Those who demonstrate the right blend of skill, passion, and dedication will be awarded step-by-step scholarships, ultimately leading to a fully sponsored admission at one of the world’s premier motorsports training institutes in Italy. Through this program, selected students will receive world-class training, both theoretical and hands-on, and be mentored by industry experts to evolve into professional race engineers equipped to work with top racing teams globally.
